Warrior recording error!

We have problem with recording down and up on warrior. When we start record down, we receive message ''Warrior logging system error creating data output, failed item run 1 pass 67 etc., warrior logging system tool record error, couldn't creat curve''.
This happens everytime when we press button record down or up.
Please give some advise. Before was working fine now it makes like that.

Make sure you do not have two sensors that are the same, i.e. a CCL sensor in two different tools or 2 CCL's in the string.
If you have the same sensor in the two places, the system doesn't know which to use to create the curve.
