Warrior hung up

  Hello, I ve a problem with one notebook and Warrior 071220. It was working OK but several days ago starts hanging up. It happens not very often but stops the log and is necesary reset. How can I troubleshoot the problem? The Windows event log shows:

There is a newer version of Warrior available, so the first choice is always to upgrade to the latest version.  If you cannot, then it would help to know the specific sequence of events that could be causing a problem.
