Hello, I would like to share a recent failure with the SDS panel.

The panel works fine for about 2 hrs and then the voltage and current have large fluctuations with loss of communication. This problem was reproduced at the base
The suspected TPSD card which is responsible for the tool power supply regulator was replaced and tested for close to 3 hrs and the issue is resolved.

What are the possibilities for TPS card failures?  We haven't seen the TPSD card failures that often.

Hi
Can you please advise on how to get rid of the following error message:

A large discrepancy has been detected between the clock rate of your computer and the clock rate of one or more logging devices.
This discrepancy is too large to correct so measurements will likely be recorded at the wrong time and/or depth

BIOS has been updated to latest version

Appreciate any feedback

Dear SDS team...😊

Is it possible to make a dll for External depth that will connect and collect data from an online webpage? We are using IDEX Explorer to forward Depth, tension and WHP to the office onshore. It would be nice to utilize it in the acquisition.

We do not have the pnn+ software modules or services here at Warrior, so unfortunately we can't troubleshoot the problem you are having. You should contact the people that sold you the tools and supplied your Warrior service.

At time that I´m click on "Record up, down or time" and for previewing too. All the windows were closed and the tool power goes off.

This happens at this time only with a pnn+ service. do what i need to do? did how can solve this trouble?
