Dear Sir we are encountering an issue with Time discrepancy. The error message we are getting is " A large discrepancy has been detected between clock rate of your computer and clock rate of one or more logging device. This discrepancy is too large to correct , so any measurement likely to be recorded at the  wrong time or /depth"  As far as computer goes we have all latest BIOS update and all the system time is correct . We never had any issue with Warrior -7 issue , It only with Warrior-8 and Windows-& showing this issue. We tried in at least 6 different  Computer  with same intermittent message. During job also we encounter similar issue, and logging speed display almost got doubled, but log recorded appears to be correct as well and depth. IN some of computer there is no issue , and almost all computer has similar hard ware configuration and same BIOS . Please help us to resolve this issue ASAP.

The Time discrepancy message was recently added to Warrior 8 to inform users about their system clock problem, it is a feature and not a bug.
The problem you have may be due to a weak CMOS battery to keep the clock running at its peak performance.
You can replace the CMOS battery on your computer to solve the clock discrepancy problem.

We are running into the same issue, this message popped up during logging. Our line speed is off as well as the depth on screen but not on the log. The computer that runs Warrior 8 is not run off Battery. What is the fix for this? We need to address this issue as soon as possible.

You may need to update the BIOS for the computer / laptop. There are some known problems with Dell PC with the BIOS that could not keep up with the real time clock.
You may also try to upgrade to the latest Warrior software Warrior 8  64bit_2014_07_22001 to minimize the popup message about the Time Clock discrepancy.

How concerned should the user be if receiving this message?
Seems the "normal" issue would be an incorrect LSPD display. Anything else to worry about?
What are the consequences and potential problems?
Can you elaborate on the "Known Dell problem"?
