iterra elite

Just started using an Iterra Elite printer, and I am seeing a solid gray line across the entire page of the log plot, every 11".  I have tried printing directly and using windows printer, but it still shows up.  I have contacted Isys support and they claim it is something within the program that generates the plot.  It doesn't show up on a Printrex.  Any ideas?

Go to Warrior Control Panel -> Printer Setup -> Printing Help.  There should be some hints in there for setting up that printer.  If you have a line every 'page', then try changing the 'Origin for printing' value.  If you have it set to 1, then change to 0 or vice versa.
