Printer Issue on warrior!

Dear teachers!

I have installed printer on warrior ''Printrex840DL/G'' when I try to print header or some log it is printing with big letters and columns on header are big.
Could you please tell me what should be done to change it?

Printrex has an 840 dl/g and an 843. Some how you have mixed the windows printer drivers and the warrior drivers. Make sure that warrior printrex goes with windows 843 and warrior printrex 843 goes with windows 843
