incomplete info

One of our engineers has modified his shooting ccl service to include many different "tools" that make his toolstring, such as quick changes, weight bars, perf guns, bridge plugs, setting tool, etc.  Once he did that saved the service, when the service reinitializes, he gets an error message "tool " has incomplete info" and also two other error messages, "Power Monitor Warning....Tool Voltage is not being measured in the current service" and "Power Monitor Warning....Tool current is not being measured in the current service".  Any idea what the problem could be?

I would guess that he did not create the tools as non-serialized items. Have him remove all the tools and then add them back in one at a time until he finds out which tool is bad.
