Scientific Data Systems Joins EV

Scientific Data Systems, Inc. (SDS), the Houston-based developer of the Warrior Data Acquisition System, today announced it has joined EV, an industry-leading Visual Analytics company delivering advanced diagnostic and visualisation solutions to the global energy sector. EV is part of the Enersol group, a joint venture between ADNOC Drilling (ADX: ADNOCDRILL) and Alpha Dhabi (ADX: ALPHADHABI) formed to acquire and scale technology businesses that strengthen the energy industry.

The acquisition marks a new chapter for SDS, strengthening its ability to support customers through increased investment, expanded technical capabilities, and access to a broader portfolio of complementary technologies. As part of EV, SDS will continue to build on its reputation for delivering reliable, vendor-agnostic data acquisition solutions while accelerating the development of integrated digital technologies for the energy industry.

Built on 33 Years of Wireline Experience

For 33 years, SDS has been a trusted provider of wellsite data acquisition systems, with the Warrior Data Acquisition System widely recognised as the industry's leading platform for acquiring wellbore logging data. Its open architecture and compatibility with logging tools from nearly all manufacturers have made Warrior the platform of choice for operators and service companies around the world.

Warrior connects to 60% of open-hole and 85% of cased-hole tools across manufacturers, plus 95% of addressable switch systems, through one surface unit and one interface. More than 15,000 Warrior licenses run daily across six continents.
