Title: configuration restore

I performed a clean install of W7 on one of our laptops and am attempting to restore the configuration from one of our other logging laptops to it.  Warrior tells me that it can not find a key when I attempt to start Acquisition and when I check in Control Panel, sure enough, there are no software keys entered.  I attempt to enter one manually, and it does not take.  It doesn't show up in the list of codes.  Any ideas?  Thanks.

It doesn't sound like you have a valid configuration backup. All codes should be transfered and no codes should ever be deleted. If it will not allow you to enter a code, you are not entering a valid 16 digit code.
