Latest Warrior is supposed to support Win 7 but the included hardlock drivers are out of date. Get the working drivers here:

Our current release provides the two most current versions of the Alladin Hardlock driver install, the one ran at Warrior install time is hldinst.exe, their latest (10/2008). We also provide their prior install, hldrv32.exe, (from 1/2007), for possible older computer needs.
They didn't work on the two installations i've completed. It was necessary for me to install a working driver.
