What are the files with an ELG extension, that show up in the DATA folder, used for?  Are they some kind of Log file?

Yes, we have added event logging to the system. There is a program that will let you view events in the Warrior\Bin32 directory called EvViewer.exe

On any new boot of the system a new ELG file will be started with a name representative of the date, for example 2009_10_08.ELG, of course if you are operating on that computer from one day to the next etc without a new boot the events will continue to fill in to the file created on the day the system was booted.

When you start the viewer, it will try and open the ELG file created that day, you can however open any file from within the viewer.
