I have warrior 071220 warrior installed. Can I upgrade from 071220 to 090618 withoutb upgrading 081212. Will it effect my folders bin32, config or not?

Yes, you can upgrade Warrior Software 071220 to 090618.
You can also download a copy of Warrior Software Cased Hole version 101214 and do a upgrade from version 071220.
