warrior backup module problem

I am running Windows 7 and everytime that I try to open up the Warrior Backup module, it won't open and it generates an error that the program won't run.  Same result when attempting to run the Configuration Backup/Restore from within the Utilities module.  Any ideas?  I have uninstalled and then reinstalled Warrior several times, with the same result.

Customer reported that he deleted everything and re-installed and now it is working.
