I am currently trying to recalculate an MIT data, logged in memory mode from my colleague offshore. However, after clicking on the dataset and click OK, it prompt a window saying can't load Service Information. How can it be solved? :) :)
MIT memory data is handled first by GE/Sondex software, to prepare it for Warrior processing. If you are sure that you have followed those procedures correctly then you should contact their support team. You can also send the database to us, but we are not knowledgeable about GE software.
